The use of digital tools in the Mathematics classroom is an important focus of research in the field of mathematics teaching. In the context of digital textbooks, however, there is still a high need for research and development. Although there are first versions of digital textbooks in the German language, it is unclear what structure and elements digital Mathematics textbooks generally offer or how learners work with them. This contribution addresses this research desideratum.
